Family business where I have taken over all responsibilities that include digital marketing. CRO Research - After spending 6 months at Fightclub as an intern in 2019/2020, I returned as a CRO researcher as part of my pre-master thesis. I worked on CRO research for Fightclub's clients, analyzed quantitative data, heat-maps, screen-recording, and turned these data into prototypes and recommendations for conversion optimization.
I also focused for my thesis on a specific Fightclub client, SmileWhite. I explored a new approach to CRO research where I used qualitative data (interviews), instead of quantitative data (numbers). My findings from interviews with SmileWhite's clients turned into recommendations to improve their communication, website, social media, and more in order to convert site visitors into purchasers.
